Shipping policy

At Botowe.co, our goal is to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible so you can hit the road. Because our products are custom-made on demand to ensure the highest quality for our riders, we have set clear shipping guidelines.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

We don’t do mass production. Every jacket, shirt, and piece of gear is printed and crafted specifically for you upon ordering.

  • Production Time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be manufactured, quality-checked, and packed before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer straightforward, flat-rate shipping to keep things simple. The following delivery times include our production time.

  • United States (Domestic):
    • Shipping Fee: $6.99 (Flat Rate)
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 10 - 15 Business Days
  • International (Rest of the World):
    • Shipping Fee: $11.99 (Flat Rate)
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 10 - 15 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional carrier delays (due to weather, peak seasons, or customs) are out of our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
  • You can track your order directly through the link provided in your email.

4. Customer Responsibility: Address Accuracy

To ensure your gear arrives without issues, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Botowe is not responsible for non-delivery due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
  • We cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

5. Lost, Stolen, or "Delivered" Packages

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Botowe transfers the responsibility of transit to them.

  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking states your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check your porch, with your neighbors, or contact your local post office immediately. We are not liable for packages that are stolen or missing after being scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • Lost in Transit: If your package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier (tracking shows no movement for more than 20 days), please contact us, and we will arrange a free replacement.

6. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For our international riders, please be aware that your country may charge import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package arrives at your border.

  • All applicable customs and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Botowe cannot predict or cover these charges. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, it will not be eligible for a refund.
