ORDERING & SIZING
Q: How do I know which size to choose?
A: Fit is everything. Since our gear is custom-printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size. To ensure the perfect fit, please check the specific Size Guide linked on every product page before adding items to your cart. Grab your favorite jacket or shirt at home, measure it, and compare it to our chart!
Q: I made a mistake! Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We move fast to get your gear into production. You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to contact us for any changes (size, color, shipping address) or to cancel it completely. After 12 hours, your order is locked into the manufacturing process and cannot be modified or canceled.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: To reduce waste and ensure high-quality, fade-resistant prints, all Botowe apparel is strictly made-to-order. We partner with top-tier printing facilities to custom-make your gear as soon as you hit the checkout button.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We keep it simple with flat-rate shipping:
- US Domestic: $6.99
- International: $11.99
Q: How long will it take to get my gear?
A: Because we don't mass-produce, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be printed and packed. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 10 to 15 business days worldwide. You’ll be hitting the road in your new gear in no time.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Absolutely. Once your package leaves our facility, we’ll shoot you an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your garage. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or you sent the wrong thing?
A: We stand behind our quality. If your gear arrives defective, damaged, or if we accidentally sent the wrong size/design, you are covered by our 7-Day Guarantee. Just email us a clear photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery, and we will rush you a free replacement or issue a full refund. No hassle.
Q: Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or I just changed my mind?
A: Because every item is uniquely custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or sizing mistakes. Please double-check your measurements with our size charts before ordering.

Q: How do I wash my Botowe gear to keep the print looking fresh?
A: To keep your apparel looking badass for as many miles as possible:
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle.
- Avoid using bleach or harsh fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for the best longevity.
- Never iron directly on the printed design.
